The word Chakra comes from Sanskrit and literally means wheel or disk. There are seven main chakras in the body which align to different areas of the spine and function as an interchange between Prana or vital energy and physical nervous system energies. Together these vital energy centres combine to form the bodies Aura. For our physical, mental and spiritual health and development it is essential that these vital energy centres remain balanced, open and flowing. Years of spiritual practices and experience allows me to view and scan ones magnetic field and receive clairvoyant information about the health and functioning of the various chakras and overall energetic system. Energy healing is a holistic practice that uses life force energy to remove blocks and stimulate the body's ability to heal itself. Reiki is the name given to a system of natural healing which evolved in Japan from the experience of Dr Mikao Usui. Reiki healing helps to increase the flow of energy in your body In addition to healing I provide instruction in chakra meditations so that you can keep the bodies vital and energetic systems balanced and harmonised yourself. ​ Price: 70 GBP per hour
