There are seven main chakras in the body which align to different areas of the spine and function as an interchange between Prana or vital energy and physical nervous system energies. Together these vital energy centres combine to form the bodies Aura. For our physical, mental and spiritual health and development it is essential that these vital energy centres remain balanced, open and flowing.
Energy healing is a holistic practice that uses life force energy to remove blocks and stimulate the body's ability to heal itself. Reiki is the name given to a system of natural healing which evolved in Japan from the experience of Dr Mikao Usui. Reiki healing helps to increase the flow of energy in your body
In addition to healing I provide instruction in chakra meditations so that you can keep the bodies vital and energetic systems balanced and harmonised yourself.

In this healing method, I use the quantum energy. Quantum energy healing is a natural healing method that utilises your body's own life force energy to bring about optimal wellness. This energy that flows through your body is the same energy that sustains all living things, as explained by Quantum Physics.
